I work hard to ensure you receive a service worthy of a positive feedback, and I always do my very best to accurately describe items for sale!

Each item is packed with care to ensure it arrives safely to you, I never dispatch late, and send within 3 working days, therefore hope the postal or courier service has fulfilled their role by delivering to you in a timely manner, but these days delays seems to be a normal part of life, so please remember when leaving feedback you are rating my service, not theirs!

I only select and sell things that I LOVE and would buy for myself, for my own home or for a friend, in particularly the effortlessly chic & traditional BLUE & WHITE pretty much anything & everything, I absolutely LOVE it, and can't get enough of it!

All the items in my Shop are vintage/antique therefore, they all have been previously owned and loved and are ready to be re-used and re-loved all over again, with their flaws and imperfections, but when that is the case, I'll write it clearly on description of item, as well in the pics, so that there is no misunderstanding or surprises.

In order to lower shipping costs, I re-use and re-cycle packaging whenever possible!

BROKEN or DAMAGED ITEMS & REFUNDS:
- I package my items with great care to insure their safe delivery to your home, however, traveling sometimes involves handling which can lead to accidents, broken or damaged items.

- If you received broken or damaged items, I will reimburse you the cost of the items plus the shipping you paid, you just have to contact me & provide pics of damaged goods and packaging as soon as you receive it.

- As a seller, it's VERY IMPORTANT to me that you, as the BUYER, have a fun & pleasant experience when dealing with me, so please ask me any questions, at anytime about any item.

- I try to describe each item to the best of my ability.

- In the unlikely situation you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact me prior to posting a negative review, giving me the chance to offer a solution that will work out for both of us!

- All sales are final and sold as-is and as described.

- I will not refund for buyers remorse, so please make sure to view all the pics provided for that item as these are part of the listing.
