The presentation and packaging was really one of the best I've ever gotten. Not only did the package arrive quicker than I expected, it was sweetly wrapped in tissue paper, along with a package of mealworms and a cute handwritten card. The saddle itself is working great. The top part curls backwards and we can never seem to figure out how to keep it laying flat but overall it's doing its job and helping my poor chicken heal and regrow her feathers. Thank you!
