Our shop specializes in a wide range of personalized gifts and custom printing/engraving. We are constantly adding new, trending items, and we are confident we have the perfect gift specific to someone on your list!

Absolutely! All our products are customizable. For most products, you can choose the design, text, and any other details you'd like to personalize. Designs are generally specific to certain products, so if you are needing a custom design, there may be a small upgrade fee but reach out as we are currently taking on custom projects!

To place a personalized order, simply select the product you want and follow the customization options provided in our shop. Input the desired text, choose a design (if applicable), and complete your order.

Proofs are available by request after purchase, and many of our listings include a Proof / No Proof option during checkout.

If you request a proof, it is your responsibility to monitor your Etsy messages for our communication. To maintain shipping orders on time, proof approvals must be received within **24 hours** of the proof being sent.

If we do not receive a response within 24 hours, we reserve the right to move your order into production using the information provided on the order. We cannot hold orders for several days waiting on proof approvals, as doing so impacts our ability to fulfill orders on schedule.

If you know you will be unavailable after placing your order, we recommend selecting the "No Proof" option whenever available

Processing times for personalized orders vary based on the product and complexity of the customization. Generally, we aim to process and ship orders within 3-5 business days, but the most up-to-date turnaround time can be found on the listing.

*Please remember that turnaround time and shipping transit time are two very different things. Once an item is processed and shipped, there will be shipping time added from there.

We take full responsibility for any errors on our part and will replace your product if the personalization does not match what was left on the order. Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order, and we will arrange a replacement. Contact beyond 5 days of delivery may not qualify for a replacement.

Yes we do! We welcome bulk and corporate orders. Please reach out to us to discuss your needs, and we'll be happy to assist you with a customized order.

All shipments carry insurance through the carrier. Please contact us immediately if your order arrives damaged. Refunds or replacements can only be granted by following the carrier specific steps to obtain payout. DO NOT throw your packaging away prior to a resolution. Doing so will void any responsibility for the carrier to provide coverage.
