IF YOUR ITEM IS NOT RECEIVED BUT item is tracked and shows “delivered to mailbox” you must contact USPS or local authority.-as we are not responsible for lost/stolen delivered items.

What happens if my item is damaged?

2 OPTIONS:
You can make a $claim to USPS if the item purchased was shipped using “Priority” Shipments that are insured—-OR
if shipped w/ free FIRST CLASS -Convo me. Send a picture of the damaged item and I can replace it—however you will be responsible for the shipping cost. I do not issue refunds on personalized items.
