Our products are screen printed using a permanent ink that is also dishwasher resistant. Hand washing recommended for longer lifespan print quality.

Please note that our minimum quantity per order is 12 shot glasses, and design must be identical on all shot glasses within your order. We are currently not producing individual prints, so we cannot add individual guest names to each separate shot glass. If you need more than one design, separate orders must be place for each design wanted. Thank you for understanding :)

You will receive an Etsy message from us with your artwork proof for approval within 5 business days. Please make sure to check your Etsy messages inbox during this period. During busy times, this time frame might increase to up to 10 business days (2 weeks).

Please note that you need to reply from your Etsy inbox, and not straight from your email provider's inbox, as we will not receive your message that way. After you approve your artwork, it will be sent to production.

We cannot send your items to production until your design is approved. If we do not receive a reply from you with design approval within 5 business days of us emailing you digital sample, your order might be delayed and/or need to be canceled if too much time has gone by. If digital sample approval is significantly delayed, resulting in changes in ship date, this information will be updated on Etsy, and you will receive a notification with new ship date.

You can make any revisions to your sample during this time. If you need to make any changes to your design, please make sure to do so before your sample is approved. Once sample is approved, we cannot guarantee further changes as your shot glasses will already have been sent to production.

Because of the many variations in monitors and browsers, print colors may appear slightly different on different monitors. Computer monitors are not all calibrated equally and color reproduction on the Internet is not precise.

Due to the nature of the production process, slight variations and small imperfections in print are not considered flaws. Variation in materials, production equipment and firing temperature may result in variations in size, shape, print color, etc. These conditions are within acceptable industry standards and are not considered defective.

HOW TO ORDER & CUSTOMIZE SHOT GLASSES

1. Choose number of shot glasses from first drop-down menu.

2. Choose print color from second drop-down menu (Print Options). This menu is for the color of your text/design/print. Only one print color allowed per order. If you would like more than one print color, separate orders need to be placed for each print color wanted.

3. Add your personalization:

Please leave us the following in the personalization text field or leave us a "note to seller" during checkout (you can also send us an Etsy message upon purchase):

• First Names/Last Name/Name Initials – Whichever applies to your design.

• Wedding Date (or other date wanted, if different) – If you do not want a date on them, please still let us know date needed by so we can note the order and make sure we can get them to you on time.

• Additional Text/Hashtag/Location if needed and/or wanted, and any special instructions you might have.

Due to our bigger price breaks on higher quantities, any quantity in between options shown in this menu is not available here on Etsy, as it will cost more than the next option available. STANDARD PRODUCTION:

Our standard production time is currently 4-6 weeks depending on current production volume and how long it takes you to approve digital sample. Most orders ship much faster than our full 6-week max handling time, however, during busy times this estimate is closer to this period. Standard shipping is used with standard production (ground shipping - does not guarantee delivery date, only an estimate, give or take a couple of days).

RUSH PRODUCTION:

If you would like to upgrade to rush production, please contact us with quantity needed, your shipping address, and your need-by date. We will look into all options available and send you a quote right away.

Please note that upgrading to rush production does not include faster shipping. Rush upgrade is for production time only. If you also need to expedite shipping, please let us know, and we will give you a quote for faster shipping methods.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Pick-up services not currently available. Allow 1 to 7 business days for transit. (Within the U.S. only).

Our design offices are in Deerfield Beach, Florida; however, we also work with different production partners located in different states. The production facility where your items will be produced will vary depending on your location, and date you need your items by.

Packages will be shipped as “USPS First Class Mail”. If you think you need to expedite shipping, please contact us with quantity of shot glasses needed and your zip code, and we will give you a quote for faster shipping methods.

HAWAII, ALASKA, US TERRITORIES & PROTECTORATES

Domestic shipping rates are only valid in the continental US. Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and US territories and protectorates might require additional shipping costs. If you are located in Hawaii, Alaska, or any US Territories and Protectorates, please contact us with quantity of shot glasses wanted, your shipping address, and your need-by date, prior to purchase and we will send you a shipping add-on with the correct shipping fee. If your order is placed without contacting us, you will receive a link for price adjustment before your order is sent to production.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Due to variations in size and weight of packages depending on pack quantity chosen, we cannot automatically calculate shipping.

CURRENT SHIPPING DELAYS

We use USPS as our main postal carrier. USPS, along with all other major carriers, are currently experiencing delays. As per USPS’ website: “Due to limited transportation availability as a result of nationwide Covid-19 impacts, package delivery times may be extended. Priority Mail Express® Services will not change. If you would like your package to be shipped via UPS instead, please send us a message prior to placing your order. Make sure to include products and quantities to be ordered, along with your shipping address, and we will send you a quote for UPS’ shipping methods.

Please understand that regardless of shipping method chosen, delays are to be expected during these times. If your tracking number has failed to update delivery progress for over a week, or your package is shown as delivered but you have not received it, please feel free to contact us and we are more than happy to help you track it and/or file a claim in your behalf to help you locate it. However, please understand that we are not to be held responsible for delayed or lost packages, as this is completely out of our control. Once we ship your package, we have absolutely no power over how long it will take for it to get to you.

RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Due to the highly custom nature of our products, there will be no returns on personalized items unless damaged or defective. If there's something wrong with your order, please contact us right away so we can find out what happened and take the appropriate measures to fix it for you.

Time is of the essence! Any broken items, defective merchandise or discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. Ripped or defective merchandise may only be exchanged for the same item. Please make sure to include a photo of product received and describe problem.

If we make a mistake, and you’ve received the wrong item, whether it’s a defective item, wrong style, color, or such, we are happy to send you a replacement or full refund, if preferred.

Please understand that very rarely mistakes happen, and when they do, we do everything in our power to fix them and make sure you are happy with your purchase and experience.
