Frequently asked questions
Why don't you offer free delivery ?
Because "free" delivery doesn't exist. There isn't a mail carrier in the world that will deliver packages for free, and no business could realistically be expected to cover the cost .
"Free Delivery" usually means that the cost of delivery has been included in the cost of the item. So, if your t-shirt costs $20, and delivery is $2.99 in the USA, you sell for $22.99 and say it comes with free delivery....but you can't do that and sell internationally without charging everyone for the most expensive delivery - so if I pay $10.99 to deliver to Australia, I'd have to charge $30.99 to add free delivery !!
I prefer to be up front about it and charge you what I pay for delivery, irrespective of where you are in the world.
