I ordered a customized version of the pearl bouquet in the photo. There are supposed to be feathers around the outside and what I received isn’t anything like the photo that I submitted for the customization. The pearl portion of the bouquet is beautiful, but I’m going to have to pay somebody to fix an ad feathers.

This is such an awesome bridal bouquet and will be a surprise for everyone because such a bouquet is totally unknown in my country. It's perfect for our summer garden wedding and I can keep it forever. I can't thank you enough, it must have taken hours to make this bouquet. Absolutely recommend this shop and seller :D

Seller canceled my order less than a week before my wedding, citing supply issues. When I bought my bouquet, I told the seller my wedding date, and she said there was no problem getting the bouquet to me by that date. Rather than cancel sooner, she waited until the very last minute to cancel and refund, leaving me no time to find a bouquet from another shop. Seller also ignored emails days before she canceled, probably hoping she’d get the supplies in. But this has left me with no bouquet for my wedding. Seller also didn’t suggest any other solutions, such offering a different bouquet. I simply got an email saying my order had been canceled and refunded - again, less than a WEEK before my wedding. Appalling service from a shop that specialises in bridal items.

The bouquet is beautiful, no doubt. I love the size and the uniqueness of it. Very chic. The packaging needs to be a little more secure so the bouquet doesn’t lose shape.
