Bringing colour and sparkle to you!
It's my mission to make clothes that are wearable, comfortable and fabulous. I want to bring you joy, colour, to complement what you already like to wear, to make you feel good and walk a bit taller, with a bit of a swagger, and to care a little less about what anyone else thinks.
Sequinporium began six years ago as a festival clothing shop and has progressed from second hand and upcycled stock to my own clothing label. I noticed a lack of interesting menswear and larger sizes, so began to design and make my own. I have since spent many weeks rooting out inspiring fabrics in the markets of Delhi and Bangkok, am now completely addicted and don't have enough time to make everything in my imagination. My workshop is an amazing palette, and I particularly enjoy combining sumptuous lining to contrast with the brightness of the sequins.
I've always been creative, sewing on my mum's machine from an early age, painting, drawing, sculpting and building. However after graduating with a degree in History of Modern Art, Design and film I pursued a career in outdoor education and now combine that with sewing, travel and festivals.
