POLICY
E COLLECTIONS POLICY
All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days.
RETURNS
1. Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase.
2. If you are not satisfied with your product email us within three days of receipt and explain the reason for returning the item
3. Please note: Unless items arrive damaged or defected, returns are not accepted for jewellery - earrings. Items must be within 14 days of point of sale.
4. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Therefore we recommend that items are sent by special/tracked deliver
POLICY
5. Returned items should be unused and must be returned in their original condition. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge, providing our goods are undamaged and returned in the same condition (re- sellable).
6. We will offer a refund within 7-14 days of the purchase date if an item is found to be faulty. Once a returned item has been received by us, this will be confirmed in writing. Please allow 14 working days (from the date we receive the returned item) for a refund to be processed.
7. We will be happy to exchange any of our items for the same product or products of a similar value (if the original item is no longer available).
