The artist was very communicative throughout the entire process. They were extremely thorough recreating the hamsters from the photos I sent them. I was worried the toys might get lost or damaged coming from Ukraine. However they arrived very quickly and in perfect condition. My friend has been depressed for a couple years because her hamsters died and they were her only family. She was so surprised at how alike the toys were to her hamsters and extremely happy. Thank you so much for making our day!!!!
