Here is a hand-stamped piece of rough-cut walnut or oak that works beautifully for a jewelry photo prop. Helps communicate the scale of a piece of jewelry in a beautiful rustic way. The listing is for ONE handmade ruler.

appx overall dimensions:
8" in length, 1 3/4 to 2 1/4 " wide, thickness varies from 1/4 to 3/4" thick.
These are made from salvaged rough-cut oak or walnut. We love the texture and grain on these. They are end-cut 'scraps' from other displays we make. Not much goes to waste around here and that's the way we like it!

My youngest daughter makes these for our shop. She measures, stamps and inks the imprint. Proceeds help fund the care for her rescue dog, Luna :) There is an occasional double stamp, proof that it was made with lil' hands.

I’ve had these in and out of my cart for over a year & finally purchased. They’re great, but I expected them to be thicker. The two I ordered measure 3/8” thick and 5/16” thick, so definitely within the scope of what’s stated in the description. If I had read more carefully, I might have asked whether any thicker ones were available before purchasing because I need them to stand on end unsupported (they do!) but they’ll serve their purpose, which is looking nice while demonstrating an approximate measurement. 👍
