Bold and bright terrazzo trays, for displaying your favourite ornaments, holding your useful bits&bobs or simply admiring! Handmade from Jesmonite - a water-based ‘eco’ resin which is impact resistant and smooth to the touch. Each tray is individually coloured, cast, sanded and sealed, making no two alike.

Please note - Jesmonite is not food safe, so use only for non-edible items or wrapped food products. These trays are NOT intended for use as a soap dish. Although sealed with multiple layers of wax and varnish, continuous contact with soap or oil may begin to erode the surface of the tray. Soap dishes, made from an alternative material, are available in our Homeware section.

All our items are handmade, and therefore some slight variation in colour and shape will occur. Air bubbles are an expected detail of Jesmonite homeware. Trays have cork bottoms to prevent stratching surfaces.

Delivery and care:

We use 100% biodegradable packing materials for all our products, including plastic free sellotape and biodegradable packing peanuts.
Your Glow tray is a decorative object.
Polish and maintain using a natural wax sealant, do not immerse the item in water. To clean, wipe with a damp cloth, do not scrub with any abrasive sponge or scourer as this may damage the surface of your tray. Not dishwasher safe.

Jesmonite is a composite material made from a reactive mineral base and a water- based acrylic resin. It is considered an eco-friendly alternative to expoxy resin due to its water base. Some of our products are made from Jesmonite AC100, which is plaster based and has a very smooth finish. Our soap dishes and vases are made using Jesmonite AC730 which is cement based, designed to withstand constant contact with water. All our Jesmonite products are sealed with a combination of wax and acrylic sealant to protect us from marks or damage.
