Alessandro was very helpful in talking through what we wanted, and created the mirror we were looking for. Both the mirror and frame are solidly constructed and a pleasure to look at. Unfortunately, the back of our frame was damaged in transport. I appreciated Alessandro responding immediately to my questions following delivery. He assured me such damage had never occurred before, and ultimately one must blame FedEx for poor handling of a package clearly marked 'fragile'.
