If the tracking information shows your order as delivered but you haven’t received it, it’s possible the package was left at your door or received by someone else at your address. As we cannot verify non-delivery when the tracking indicates delivery, we’re unable to offer a refund or free replacement order in these cases. However, you’re welcome to place a paid reorder if needed.

Reporting a Damaged Product

If your order arrives damaged, we’re here to help. Please report the issue within 14 days of receiving the item and include the following: A description of the problem. Details about how the order was packaged. Clear pictures of the damaged item(s) and its packaging (both the outside and the inserts). Providing clear pictures of the damaged product and packaging helps us resolve the issue quickly by sending a replacement order. This information is also crucial for improving our packaging and delivery processes to prevent similar issues in the future.

All our frames feature clear plexiglass for protection. To maintain quality during shipping, we use a protective film that may have a colored tint. This film can be easily peeled off. We do not apply any coating/special finish to the frames. Please note that the frame mock-ups displayed in the Product Catalog are for illustrative purposes. While we strive for consistency across our production network, minor variations in frames might occur due to supplier and material differences between regions. For instance, the frames stocked in North America might not have a full matte coating, making the wood grain visible.

What happens if my order is returned due to an incorrect address?

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will issue a refund minus the shipping cost, provided that you agree to place a new order with the correct address on Etsy. However, if you choose not to reorder, the payment will not be refunded, as this is a print-on-demand product.

How are framed posters packed for shipping?

To ensure your order arrives in pristine condition, we carefully package your posters and frames separately. Posters are placed inside a sturdy cardboard envelope for protection. This envelope fits snugly within a cardboard liner, which safeguards the frame during shipping. Your frame is delivered pre-packed with corner protectors and a protective film to prevent any scratches or damage. We use flat packaging with reinforced edges to provide additional sturdiness during transportation.

We strive to ensure consistent color quality across all our prints by using the same printing machines, paper types, and processes. However, since printing is a chemical process, 100% color consistency cannot be guaranteed. Several factors can influence the final color result, including: ✔ Type of printing machine ✔ Machine settings ✔ Paper type ✔ Room humidity ✔ Last machine maintenance Minor color variations may occur due to these factors, but they remain within acceptable industry tolerance levels and are not covered under our quality guarantee. We always do our best to provide you with high-quality prints that stay true to the original design! 🎨✨

We currently do not support returns or provide a return address because the products you order are personalized and made specifically for each order. Should you want to submit a new order, you will be liable for the costs of the new order. no return address.
