All items will be shipped within the time frame, specified on each listing - typically 1- 2 business days of purchase. Custom order items will be shipped as soon as the payment has been received.
All items will be shipped by registered priority air mail - insured and with tracking info available. I ship with Bulgarian Posts.

IMPORTANT: All items will be shipped to your Etsy address! If your PayPal and Etsy address differ, please indicate in your message to seller the address you want your items to be shipped to! I am not responsible for packages, undelivered because of incorrect address, provided by the buyer.

Once marked as shipped, your items will be delivered approximately within:
Europe: 7-10 business days
USA, Canada, Japan: 10-20 business days
Australia, New Zealand and everywhere else: 15-25 business days
There can be delays because of customs, bad weather conditions, overloaded air traffic on holidays.In those cases some packages can take up longer time to arrive.

Any taxes or fees, assessed by Customs, are responsibility of the buyer. I am not taking responsibility for stolen, damaged or lost packages in shipping.

PLEASE NOTE: Packages that were returned to me because of incorrect address/undeliverable or were unclaimed (not picked up from the post office, if not received at home) will be refunded minus the shipping costs. If a package is to be sent again for any of the above reasons, an invoice for the shipping costs will be sent to you.
