Every single puzzle piece is uniquely shaped; no cookie cutter, generic puzzle pieces here. Each name puzzle is truly one of a kind.

These are large puzzles with good sized pieces; more than just a name or two can be written on each piece. As more pieces are added, the overall size grows.

-The 25 piece name puzzle is approximately 14 inches wide and 12 inches tall.
-The 50 piece name puzzle is approximately 18 inches wide and 16 inches tall.
-The 75 piece name puzzle is approximately 22 inches wide and 17.5 inches tall.
-The 100 piece name puzzle is approximately 22.5 inches wide and 22 inches tall.
-The 125 piece name puzzle is approximately 25 inches wide and 23 inches tall.
-The 150 piece name puzzle is approximately 28 inches wide and 23 inches tall.

These name puzzles include a border and can easily be hung on the wall. You can secure the pieces in place with tacky putty, glue dots or spray adhesive, to keep them from falling out of the frame once hanging on the wall. Alternatively, to adhere them permanently within the frame, wood glue works great. Just a small dab is needed for each piece. Be sure to not get any glue on the face of the pieces or the border.

**When placing an order, please be sure to include all of the following details (there is also a notes section you will find during checkout for any additional information):

Add the name you would like for the center of the puzzle. Sometimes for baby gifts and showers, people prefer the first name. Let us know in the "Add your Personalization" text box.

Also in the "Add Your Personalization" text box, specify the text you want engraved within the border. For example “Mr. & Mrs. Smith Est. 7-10-16” or “Jenny & Bradley (heart) September 12th, 2021” Anything written in parenthesis will be considered a symbol or icon and engraved as such.

We think that including a symbol to separate the name and date is a good idea; unless you’re including “Est.” which acts as a separator. Often people choose to use a heart, but this can be any symbol or icon, such as a leaf, flower, shamrock, etc. Of course, this is not necessary, but it does look good for this style puzzle.

We get asked this all the time. We suggest just a regular bic pen; it allows fine detail without risk of bleeding. Regular sharpies often bleed, but sometimes don't. Fine tip sharpies rarely bleed but sometimes do. It all depends on your climate. We include a blank piece of wood for you to test different pens on with every guest book order. Test different pens and see which will work for you in your climate.

Before hanging your puzzle on the wall, you obviously have to secure the pieces in place first. For a non-permanent bond, you can use tacky putty or double sticky tape. For a permanent bond, wood glue works great. All you need is a small dab for each piece, and be careful not to get any on the face of the pieces or the border.

Another option is to use a clear coat finish. This can really make the piece pop. A clear coat polyurethane works great. BE SURE TO TEST IT ON A BLANK PIECE FIRST. You need to make sure it won't make the ink bleed. If the ink has had a good amount of time to dry, this shouldn't be an issue. Follow the instructions on the can of your finish. Often 2 or 3 layers is needed with light sanding in between.

The puzzle is beautiful. We are so excited to use it for our wedding celebration in June. The pieces are great. I purchased the Zig brown marker for this. The sample piece to test was great to have.

This puzzle guestbook was the perfect addition to our reception! I ordered a little close to the cutoff for receiving it by my wedding day, and the seller was incredibly helpful making sure it was processed and arrived on time. It was also very well packaged, so it arrived in perfect condition. The quality is great so far and I can’t wait to get it hung in our house now that our friends and family have left their mark! Make sure to use fine point markers because the wood will soak up the ink and it will spread a little to muddy the writing, if you don’t.
