✅Processing Time
If the product is in stock we can send it within 2-6 days, otherwise we will need about 3 weeks in order to produce it.
✅Creational Process
We need about 3 weeks in order to produce every piece.
Initially we thrown it (form it) on a potter’s wheel. After trimming, the pots are thoroughly air-dried before being bisque fired (first time in the oven, at 1050 oC). This removes any remaining moisture and transforms the clay into ceramic. After it is painted by hand, glazed and fired for a second time in the temperature of 1050 oC for 8 hours in an electric kiln, so the glaze is melted into glass and is bonded with the clay.
✅NON-TOXIC MATERIALS
The non-toxic glaze used in our ceramics does not contain lead or cadmium and it is absolutely safe.
Due to double firing process our ceramics are dishwasher safe. However, care should be taken when stacking and washing ceramics.
✅Slight variations and originality / Handmade
All the pieces are handmade and handpainted so there may be slight differences in color and form.
All the ceramics are signed by their creator on the underside.

✅Discover more about Ancient Greek Pottery
Ancient Greek pottery, due to its relative durability, comprises a large part of the archaeological record of ancient Greece, and since there is so much of it (over 100,000 painted vases are recorded in the Corpus vasorum antiquorum), it has exerted a disproportionately large influence on our understanding of Greek society. The shards of pots discarded or buried in the 1st millennium BC are still the best guide available to understand the customary life and mind of the ancient Greeks. There were several vessels produced locally for everyday and kitchen use, yet finer pottery from regions such as Attica was imported by other civilizations throughout the Mediterranean, such as the Etruscans in Italy. There were various specific regional varieties, such as the South Italian ancient Greek pottery.
