Why I Created A Grounded Life
A Grounded Life is a collection of printable worksheets designed to support patterns of overthinking, pressure, perfectionism, self-doubt, feeling overwhelmed, feeling stuck, and times of low motivation.
These tools are meant to help you pause, make sense of thoughts and feelings, and begin to move forward with more awareness.
Why I Created This:
A Grounded Life grew out of the work I do as a psychologist. Over time, I found myself sharing and creating worksheets to help clients pause, sort through what they were experiencing, and approach things with more intentionally.
Those tools became a meaningful part of the work we were doing together, and I wanted to make them more widely available in a way that feels simple, supportive, and easy to use on your own.
What You’ll Find:
• single-page worksheets for when you need to think something through
• guided workbooks to help you reflect more deeply and figure out what you need and how
to move toward it
• bundles focused on overthinking, overwhelm, getting unstuck, and low motivation
Each is designed to be easy to use, easy to return to, and helpful in real-life situations.
How to Use These Tools:
These worksheets are meant to be something you can come back to when your thoughts feel busy, difficult to sort through, or stuck.
You can use them to slow things down, build awareness, and take small steps forward—even on days when motivation feels low.
Even small shifts in how you think and behave can make a meaningful difference.
