I never received this item seller never committed with me now I can reach anyone for a refund

We paid for four tiles, it has been over a month and still haven't received anything. Have messaged the seller a few times but no reply.

After over 6 weeks of waiting, seller finally refunded my money without explanation- it doesn’t appear that any error was ever made to fulfill my order.

Exactly what I needed and I was able to get it right away. Thank you!

Beautiful workmanship! This Mediterranean blue tile is flawless. I met the seller and can say that they offer the best service. They are very responsive to requests/questions online. Occasional delays are beyond their control when demand is high, as they do not manufacture the product, but they work hard at catching up as soon as their stock renews. They have a lot of magnificent tile designs. I would not hesitate to buy again from this seller!

Super happy with the tile, but had a number of delayed responses (also noted from other customers). Sounds like this may be more of a side business -- totally fine as long as the client understands that parameters. Took a long time to find a tile that matched what I wanted.

Never received tile. Didn't respond to my inquiry.

The tiles were beautiful and we used them as a backsplash in our primary bathroom.
