5 out of 5 starsThe seller saw my review and issued me a refund and sent a replacement item, explaining that defects can happen. Changing my review to 5 stars for the customer service and because they obviously stand behind the quality of their pieces.

5 out of 5 starsThese earrings are beautiful! I wish the post was a tiny bit longer as my lobes are a little thick. I may not be able to wear them for longer periods of time, but I’m happy with my purchase.
