WHEN YOU MAKE AN ORDER - YOU CONFIRM THAT YOU AGREE WITH OUR SHOP POLICIES! All sales final, no refunds. If you have any questions, please message me before buying. I do not offer returns or refunds to buyers who have not read this disclaimer or the rest of the product description.
1. We do not offer returns and exchange in the event an order is damaged in the mail. We are not responsible although we will take each issue on a case by case basis. All pieces are wrapped very well.
2. We do not offer returns and exchange if for any reason, you did not pick up your parcel from the post office, and after the expiration of the storage period it came back to me. In this case, you can pay for the delivery again. I can not be responsible for the fact that the parcel was not received, even if the mail has not notified you. You must understand that it does not depend on me. I make your orders and ship them on time.
3. We do not offer returns and exchange if you just change your mind or on custom items.

Shipping
We ship your orders by state mail. Delivery times are written in the product description in the delivery section. Express delivery is possible - write us for details.
All orders are shipped with delivery confirmation and a "tracking number." This discourages lost packages. If a package does become lost or stolen, we are not responsible. We recommend tracking the sending on the official website of your mail.
Please read carefully about the terms of manufacture and delivery. If you buy one of my items, and then message me afterwards, saying you need it immediately for a birthday, holiday, or any another event, I cannot help you.

How can I pay via my Card instead of PayPal?
You may be able to pay with a card via PayPal without a PayPal account. Here’s how:
1) Click Check out with PayPal and you’ll be redirected to PayPal. Instead of choosing to pay with your PayPal account, select Pay with Debit or Credit Card.
2) You'll be prompted to fill in your billing and credit card information.
3) Enter your email address so PayPal can send you a receipt.
4) Click Continue to return to Etsy. Your payment isn't sent until you click Submit order on Etsy.
Wholesale availability
Yes, we are available for wholesale. Don`t forget to add your contact information.
Order Preparation
The time we need to prepare an order for shipping (delivery) is 1-5 business days. But usually, we do everything possible to send your order ASAP.
Please NOTICE that we prepare and ship orders only on BUSINESS days from Monday to Friday, NOT including weekends. SO Saturday and Sunday don't count!
REMEMBER: production and shipping are 2 different processes. Each process has its own term.
Shipping & Delivery time & Delays
It takes at least 10-18 business days for a package to arrive in Europe (to Italy and Spain it takes a little bit more), 8-18 business days to the USA, 14-25 days to Latin America, the Caribbean, and Asia. To Canada, Australia, New Zealand - 14-40 business days.
Sometimes maybe troubled with shipping and parcel can go up to 40 days. But it is very seldom
International shipping is unpredictable and delays happen at the customs. For international orders, once the package has left Ukraine, it becomes a subject to your local post office. & Delivery time & Delays

Custom and personalised orders
We take full responsibility for our products, shipping & delivery. And in case of DAMAGE during delivery or loss, we will gladly send you a new product. So there are no reasons to be worried :)
I can't track my package?/Last update was week or more ago...?
Don't worry! When the package leaves Ukraine and is on the way to your country, the tracking system doesn't show its location. It doesn't mean that package got lost, it means package was not scanned in your country yet.
