Cresci nas pradarias de Alberta, mas sempre senti uma atração particular em direção às montanhas, oceano e clima mais quente, então depois de criar um conjunto de meninos gêmeos idênticos e seguir carreira em Criminologia, mudei-me para a BC em 2009 e me senti inspirado. Percebi que meu único arrependimento na vida foi deixar minha arte de lado por tanto tempo, então com o incentivo da minha família, tomei a iniciativa e comecei a me dedicar à Arte em tempo integral.
Depois de deixar uma carreira tão estressante, senti que era necessário reavaliar o que me concentrei, o que atraquei na minha vida e se minha criatividade pode inspirar e trazer felicidade aos outros, então sinto que minha vida tem significado. Embora eu ainda fosse considerado um artista emergente em minha carreira, eu alcancei status ativo com a Federação de Artistas Canadenses (FCA) e tive a sorte de ter minha obra recolhida internacionalmente, destacada em inúmeras exposições, mostras de arte locais e galerias.
Como resultado de ser fortemente inspirado pela natureza, vida selvagem e meu entorno, decidi retribuir usando meu talento para arrecadar dinheiro para o bem-estar animal. Tenho orgulho de ser membro da Etsy for animals, onde uma parte das minhas vendas vai para ajudar os assuntos que me inspiram. Posso não ser capaz de mudar o mundo com minha arte, mas sei no meu coração que tentei fazer a diferença.
Estou sempre feliz em responder perguntas sobre minha obra de arte, enquadramento personalizado e orgulho de responder rapidamente às perguntas para fornecer o melhor atendimento ao cliente possível. I grew up on the prairies of Alberta but always felt a particular pull towards the mountains, ocean and warmer weather so after raising a set of identical twin boys and pursuing a career in Criminology, I moved to BC in 2009 and felt inspired. I realized my one true regret in life was putting my art aside for so long, so with the encouragement of my family, I took the initiative and began devoting myself to Art full time.
After leaving such a stressful career, I felt it was necessary to re-evaluate what I focused on, what I attracted into my life and if my creativity can inspire and bring happiness to others then I feel my life has meaning. Although I was still considered an emerging artist in my career, I achieved active status with the Federation of Canadian Artists (FCA) and been fortunate enough to have my artwork collected internationally, highlighted in numerous juried exhibitions, local art shows and galleries.
As a result of being heavily inspired by nature, wildlife and my surroundings, I decided to give back by using my talent to raise money for animal welfare. I'm proud to be a member of Etsy for animals, where a portion of my sales goes towards helping the very subjects I'm inspired by. I may not be able to change the world with my art, but I know in my heart I've tried to make a difference.
