I cannot wait to wear it to a Goose concert or maybe a Dead show. I am older, but gotta have some fun in life! This hat is fantabulous!!!! THANK YOU FOR MAKING IT!

What if my custom order isn't what I expected?
If for whatever reason your CUSTOM order isn't to your liking I will accept a return since I can still resell the item. you have 3 days after delivery to request for return. A refund will be issued AFTER the item is sent back and determined to be in pristine condition with the original packaging. Return shipping is at the customers expense. The refund includes your original shipping fee. Made to order crochet/ knit hats do not qualify as custom orders. I do not accept returns on any crochet or knit products due to their fragility as of 12/31/16.
Why don't you accept returns?
I do not accept returns on rack hats jewelry or scarves. I am a small shop and every dollar I get goes right back into my business. Hats and scarves are too easily damaged by customers for me to accept returns on them.
If you have a custom hat or order made that you are not happy with then I can make an exception since I can still resell the item as long as the custom order is returned in pristine condition with original packaging.
I do not accept returns on jewelry at all due to gem switching scams.
