5 out of 5 starsThis is such a beautiful necklace. The chain is thick and heavy. The charm is also thick. It was super shiny and absolutely gorgeous. It came with an owner and owned card that could be filled out between partners. It came in such a pretty box. My partner cried when I gave them this. Truly so so so beautiful. Especially for the price!

Ordered wrong size/ doesn't fit
Resizes must be contacted for approval, within 3 days of delivery, and sent in within 3 days after approval.
Resizes start at $30. All shipping will be the customers responsibility.
Returns, Cancelations and Exchanges:
All transactions are final. This policy guarantees customers receive new items crafted in our studio. Refunds, returns, cancelations, and exchanges are not permitted. Should an error occur on an order, please reach out to us within 72 hours for a correction. We will only cancel an order if it is in an unfulfilled state.
90 Day Guarantee
While our day collars are crafted to be resilient, we recommend against using them for bedroom activities. Our day collars are designed to be sturdy, however they are not intended for use in play. Any normal wear and tear to the collar can be addressed by contacting us.
Exclusions include stretch bracelets, Captive™ Forever Lock, metal allergies, and any damage caused by misuse of jewelry. Captive™ Lock has a lifetime guarantee.
Returned Package
If a package is sent back due to an incorrect address or the like, customers are responsible for reaching out to us to purchase Shipping and Handling to have the package sent out to them again.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We guarantee the timeliness of our production process; carrier delivery times are not included. Shipping upgrades can be purchased at checkout.
Sizing details
We make our items measurement end to end including the clasp. We allow a .25" variance.
* full chainmaille add 1-2"
* beaded bracelets, measure wrist and add .25"-1"
*bracelets and anklets, Add .25" - .5"

Late or lost shipments
Domestic shipments will be evaluated as lost or late after a 30-business day shipment period. After this time, we will process a replacement or refund for your shipment.
International shipments will be evaluate as lost or late after the 60-day shipment period. After this time, we will process a replacement or refund for your shipment.

We carry a range of clasps/locks; details can be found in listing photo and description. If you have further questions about which clasp or lock is right for you, please ask before ordering, we are happy to help!
