Carr’s Creative Studio started with something simple — a love for painting and a desire to share it with others.

What began as a personal creative outlet quickly grew into something much more meaningful. I started bringing art into spaces where it could truly make a difference — working with seniors in retirement and long-term care homes, helping people reconnect with creativity, expression, and joy through painting.

Over time, I realized that the same feeling I try to create in my classes — calm, inspiration, and a connection to something peaceful — could live beyond those rooms.

That’s where these watercolour prints come in.

Each piece is inspired by the quiet beauty of nature — northern landscapes, still lakes, soft skies, and moments that feel still and grounding. Watercolour has a way of capturing emotion in a way nothing else can — it’s fluid, imperfect, and alive.

My goal is simple: to create artwork that brings a sense of calm into your space.
