I was a little worried about ordering from Europe to the U.S., but customs was no problem at all. They arrived within a few weeks, exactly as expected. Very happy with this purchase! Would recommend!

4 out of 5 starsThe item is of great quality and awesome craftmanship. The reason I gave it 4 stars in because of slow manufacturing and shipping. The item arrived on time, but to the very end of delivery window, which is kind of slow in my mind for a single pillow cover. Because of the slow processing and shipping vendor lost what would have been a much larger order since I only ordered the pillow cover as a sample before placing significantly larger orders to outfit 3 giant couches + fabric for reupholstery.

5 out of 5 starsVery nice pillowcases, as shown in the listing, exactly what I wanted. Substantial fabric, well made. One of the two pillowcases had a zipper that was shorter by a couple of inches which made stuffing it with a pillow a little difficult. Odd because the other pillowcase was full length. Nevertheless, I'm really happy with them.

5 out of 5 starsthe pillows look great with exactly the size and colors I wanted. It seems to be very well made. I'll note that the items arrived 41 days after I ordered them, which was well past the etsy delivery estimate range, so keep that in mind when ordering.

Do you make custom sizes?
Yes. Most of our pillow covers, curtain panels, short window panels, cushion covers, and textile products can be made in custom sizes. If your desired size is not listed, please choose the closest larger size and write your exact measurement in the personalization box, or message us before ordering.
Do European Union customers need to pay customs duties?
For European Union orders up to €500, customs duties and import-related fees are covered by us when applicable.
This means EU customers should not receive surprise customs charges at delivery for eligible orders up to €500. If your order requires a special arrangement or needs to be split due to Etsy checkout limitations, please message us before ordering.
Do Canadian customers need to pay customs duties?
No. For orders shipped to Canada, customs duties and import-related fees are covered by us when applicable, so Canadian customers should not receive surprise customs charges at delivery.
Please note that any taxes collected by Etsy or local authorities at checkout are handled according to Etsy’s and the destination country’s rules.
Why can’t I place an order over €150 to France?
Due to EU VAT (IOSS) regulations, Etsy does not allow checkout for single orders over €150 for deliveries to France. Orders above this amount must be placed as separate orders. This is a system limitation set by Etsy and is not related to our shop.

Are curtain panels sold individually or as a pair?
Most curtain listings are sold individually as 1 panel unless otherwise stated. For one standard window, most customers order quantity 2. For two windows, please order quantity 4. If you only need one side panel, you can order quantity 1.
