Hi Rebecca, many thanks for your review.There are three PDF's to download and there is no difference in the pattern pieces within the files - HOWEVER hopefully you can tell there is a difference by reading the file titles - the first file is called 'A4 VERSION BASIC BRA BLOCK' -this means the file is suitable for printing on A4 paper and the next file is called 'US LETTER VERSION BASIC BRA BLOCK' this means the file is suitable for printing on US letter size paper which is suitable for US customers that print on US letter size paper. There is also another version and the item title lets you know that this is for A3 paper size- so hopefully that is clear now for you and sorts out the confusion. I always put the paper size in the item title and do also mention this in the item descrription for you too. Many thanks, Keats

Hi Rebecca, PDF patterns are not designed to be printed from a phone, if you use a computer and adobe acrobat reader to download the file you will find that the scale is perfect. A few millimetres do make a difference so it is important that you use a computer or lap top to print if you possibly can. As this is a basic block, designed for adaptation, and not technically a pattern, it does not come with sewing instructions, as the pattern cutter may adapt the block into a range of styles. I do however have guidelines on assembly, and would be happy to email them over to you if needed. Many thanks for your review, Keats
