RETURNS, EXCHANGES & PRODUCTION POLICY

All products from DesignsByMeaghan are made to order. I create the original designs, and an independent third-party production partner prints, packages, and ships each finished product directly to the customer.

Because every item is produced specifically after an order is placed, I do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Ordering the wrong size, color, or product
• A change of mind
• Buyer preference
• Incorrect addresses supplied by the buyer
• Minor variations in color or placement caused by different screens and production processes

Please carefully review the product description, measurements, size chart, color selection, and shipping address before placing your order.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact DesignsByMeaghan through Etsy’s “Help with Order” option as soon as possible. Include your order number and clear photographs showing the item, packaging, shipping label, and problem.

Please do not return an item to the address printed on the package or receipt unless return instructions have been provided. I will review the issue and work with the production partner to determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund when applicable.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Because orders may enter production shortly after purchase, cancellations are not guaranteed. Please contact me immediately if you need to request a cancellation. Once production has begun, the order cannot ordinarily be canceled or changed.

This policy does not limit any rights available under applicable consumer-protection laws or Etsy’s policies.
