We are based in the UK and we use Royal Mail to ship our orders. Standard Uk delivery isn't tracked but we receive delivery confirmation. You can upgrade to tracked at checkout for an additional charge.
You can view delivery updates at checkout but these dates are not guaranteed and local/seasonal related delays are possible.
International orders are all sent via Royal Mail tracked services and will be passed over to your national postal carrier once they have cleared customs.
We don't offer any shipping upgrades for international orders and we cannot control or expedite shipping times or control customs delays.

Frequently asked questions
Custom and personalised orders
We may be able to change the wording on standard products to suit your individual needs.
Many of our listings have the option to do this on the listing dropdown menus. Please select 'custom wording or 'own wording'. Additional charges will usually apply as custom products take longer to produce.
Please let us know if you cannot see what you are looking for and we will let you know if we can help. Due to seasonal pressures, we are less likely to be able to provide custom orders during December.

International Orders
Standard shipping is via Royal Mail International tracked.
Deliveries to Europe normally take 1 week and the rest of the world is 1-2 weeks but in some cases items can take up to 6 weeks. Seasonal delays can be expected.
Once your package reaches your country, it will be passed over to your national carrier for delivery (eg USPS in the United States) and we cannot assist with any queries regarding delivery attempts by this carrier, you will need to contact them directly.
We are unable to refund shipping costs or fund postage to resend if items are returned to us for any reason such as change of mind, non collection, failed delivery attempts, incorrect addresses or issues related to customs such as non payment of import fees.
When will my item arrive?
Standard UK shipping is via Royal Mail Second Class and should arrive within 2-3 days. In some cases, items are delayed and we cannot declare an item as lost until 2 weeks have passed. If your item is lost we will always send a replacement after 2 weeks.
You can choose tracked shipping if you would like a faster delivery date.
For International orders you should expect your order to take around 2 weeks if based outside of Europe. In some cases items may take up to six weeks to arrive and we cannot issue a refund or replacement until 6 weeks have passed.
Seasonal delays should be expected during the holiday season.
Do you provide digital files of your cards or proofs of orders?
Unfortunately, we cannot provide digital files of our products.
We do not send proofs or photos of completed orders, we create your product based on our product examples.
Will I have to pay custom duties and taxes?
This will depend on the value of your order and the applicable rates in your own country. Please check this with the relevant authorities. Orders to the EU can expect customs and VAT payments to due before delivery, this applies from the 1st January 2021 and is due to the UK leaving the EU.
We will always correctly declare the value of your order on the customs form. We cannot declare items as a gift or declare a lesser value than the amount you paid for your order.
For European items, we will always correctly declare that customs fees have been paid upfront via the IOSS system.
What is your return policy?
You may return goods in new and resellable condition & you are responsible for return postage costs. You must inform us of your intention to return with 14 days & return within 30 days. Custom or personalised items are excluded.
If there is a problem with your order (eg goods damaged/missing or a printing error) you will need to retain the product & all packaging & await a reponse. We require photos & a return of the product with its packaging with original postage label. We cannot offer refunds or replacements without photos or when items or packaging are disposed of without our consent. Please send photos with your message, and hold on to everything until we respond. Enhanced shipping costs & gift wrap are non refundable services.
Safety Information
All badges,magnets, keyrings, wish bracelets and earrings are unsuitable for young children due to small parts.
Please take care when allowing babies to hold or chew our Journey cards as there is a small risk of paper cuts.
Please ensure that you adhere to general safety information regarding earrings.
Can I change my address after purchase?
Unfortunately not, if you would like to change your address, we would need to arrange to cancel your order and you would need to reorder again with your correct address.
The same applies if the address is incomplete eg missing the street name.
If you place an order with an incorrect address (eg if you have moved and didn’t notice) we will be unable to issue any refund once your order has been shipped so please let us know ASAP so we can cancel the order.
As postage labels are automatically generated we don’t manually check addresses and we are unable to issue a refund for orders sent to an incomplete address (eg if you fail to enter a house number or name at checkout). If the item is returned to us you will need to pay postage to resend.
When will you respond to my message?
Our working hours are Monday-Friday 9-3 (UK time). We may not respond to your message outside of these hours.
At busy times it may take up to 2 working days for you to receive a response to a general enquiry. Please read the listing description in full, along with our shop announcement , shop policies and FAQS as most general enquries will be covered.
We cannot confirm receipt of required personalisation information for orders. Your dispatch email can be used to confirm we have all required information for your order.
We will try to respond promptly to messages about orders already placed where there is an issue, but this isn't always possible, particulary outside of our working hours. Please allow time for us to get back to you.
