4 out of 5 starsThe item is as described. I should have noted that it is not a ceramic ornament.

Thank you for the lovely review! ❤️ So glad the horseshoe arrived as described — I'll add a few notes to make sure the material is extra clear in the listing so future buyers know exactly what to expect. :)) Cheers, Emma

5 out of 5 starsI couldn’t be happier with how beautiful this ornament turned out! It is such a special keepsake, and the attention to detail is absolutely stunning. What made the experience even more wonderful was the exceptional customer service. The seller was incredibly kind, patient, and so quick to respond to all of my messages. She truly went above and beyond, working with me and showing me different ideas and options to make sure everything was exactly how I envisioned it. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and I genuinely appreciated the time and care she put into making this perfect. It’s rare to find someone who takes such pride in their work and truly cares about their customers. I would highly recommend this Etsy shop and would absolutely order again. Thank you for creating something so beautiful and meaningful!
