Hi, I'm Cian, founder of Low Tide Calm. I'm a mindfulness and breathwork facilitator based in Wicklow, Ireland, working with people who are stressed, overwhelmed, or running on empty and looking for something that actually helps.

Everything in this shop is built around one idea: your nervous system already knows how to regulate. You just need the right tools, explained plainly, at a pace that suits you.

You'll find three things here. Standalone audio downloads you can use straight away. A printable 30-day mindfulness journal designed for the kind of brain that doesn't switch off. And structured six-week coaching programmes for people who want to go deeper. All of it is evidence-informed and designed with nervous system safety in mind. None of it is therapy, and none of it requires any prior experience.
