About Our Shipping:
We ship orders quickly and take care to ensure every package is handled with quality. Currently, most orders are shipping within 1-3 days (as of Jan 5th, 2026). Below are details about processing times, shipping methods, tracking, and what to do if any issues occur.
Expected Shipping Time:
• Processing time: 1-3 business days (Mon-Sat).
• Orders ship twice weekly, on Mondays and Thursdays.
• Free USPS First Class Mail: 5-10 days (excluding holidays/weekends). Delays may occur, especially around holidays.
• Need it faster? Priority Mail options are available at checkout.
• We appreciate your patience and look forward to getting your order to you!
Tracking Your Order:
• To track your order, go to your Etsy Purchases and click the “Track Package” button next to your order.
• This will show the most up-to-date status and location of your package.
Tracking Number Not Showing as Valid with USPS:
• Etsy shipping tracking numbers may not appear on the USPS website.
• Please use the following link to track your order: https://trackpb.shipment.co/track/
Tracking Not Showing Recent Updates:
• USPS tracking can sometimes be delayed or inaccurate, but your package is likely still in transit.
• Barcoded items may not always scan correctly on their end.
• We monitor all orders and appreciate your patience while USPS works to resolve these issues.
Problems with Your Order:
• Please reach out to us via Etsy messages right away if any issues arise.
• We want your experience to be great and will do everything we can to make that happen!
• We normally respond within 1-3 business days; for urgent matters, please indicate the urgency.
• We’re here to help and want you to enjoy your overlays!
Order Marked as Delivered but Not Received:
• USPS sometimes scans packages as delivered before they actually arrive, delivery can sometimes take another 1–3 days.
• Check with neighbors in case it was delivered to the wrong address.
• Please be patient and allow a couple of days for your package to arrive.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
• If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us right away.
• Include your order number and photos so we can quickly assess the issue.
• We’ll resolve the issue promptly to ensure you’re satisfied.
Order Cancellations:
• Orders can only be canceled shortly after placement. Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel.
• Once an order is in processing or has shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
• Thank you for understanding and for shopping with us!
Order Modifications and Changes:
• We start preparing orders as soon as they are received to ensure fast and accurate fulfillment.
• Once your order is being processed, we’re unable to make changes.
• This allows us to maintain efficient service and get your order out as quickly as possible.
