Q: Can I choose a male or female voice for my audiobook?
A: Yes! You can choose either a male or female AI voice from our AI voice library. Please preview the sample voices in the Google Drive link in the PDF file or our SoundCloud https://soundcloud.com/mooninklab and let us know your choice when you order.
Q: I only have a book in PDF file. Can you still convert it?
A: Sorry we cannot because it will take extra time and effort.
Q: When can I receive my audiobook?
A: Standard turnaround is 3 business days for books under 150,000 words. For longer books, we’ll provide a timeline estimate.
Q: What file format will I receive?
A: The default format is 1 single high-quality MP3 (320 kbps) per book volume. If you’d like chapter-split files, just mention it when ordering.
Q: Can I sell or redistribute the audiobook you create?
A: This service is for personal use or authors who own full rights. If you’re an author looking to sell your audiobook, please ensure you hold the publishing rights.
Q: Do I need to share personal information to create my audiobook?
A: No. You only need to send us your EPUB (or supported file format like DOC, DOCX, TXT). All data will remain private and secure.
