Le système « Brain Dump + Capture » permet de consigner ses pensées avant de les trier. L’agenda quotidien se concentre sur un objectif précis et sur l’énergie disponible aujourd’hui. Le suivi des habitudes permet de noter des versions abrégées et d’y revenir après une interruption. Le journal avec suggestions offre un espace pour écrire et réfléchir.
Mon objectif est de rendre les outils utiles et l'expérience attrayante, avec des points de départ clairs et la possibilité de les utiliser à votre manière.

The Brain Dump + Capture System gives thoughts somewhere to go before they need sorting. The Daily Planner centres on one focus and the energy you have today. The Habit Tracker makes room for tiny versions and returning after a gap. The Journal with Prompts offers a place to write and reflect.
My aim is to make the tools useful and the experience inviting, with clear starting points and room to use them in your own way.
