5 out of 5 starsA Beautiful Shade, and Great Customer Service I ordered the "Twist" pendant/shade in early December. After a couple of weeks it hadn't arrived and I contacted Marek, who was extremely helpful. Straight away he checked the status of the shipping and saw that it had gotten lost somewhere along the way, so he made a new shade, shipped it within days, and sent me on the tracking number. When the fixture arrived, we needed to assemble it ourselves, which was easy as far as the shade went. I hadn't realised that it also comes with fittings to make it a full pendant. Since we only needed the shade, we just used that (with an enlarging ring as per a previous review). The shade itself is beautiful, well-made, and very modern. I'd fully recommend it and NorlaDesign!

Had to buy spider support arms from UK John Lewis to fit the slim lamp holders we have in the UK, as didnt want to bother with changing the elec fittings. Easy enough to do with the pack provided with the shade, just lazy. Shade is throws great light patterns
