OpsCraft Co. builds working tools for the people who run operations.
Not planners. Not aesthetic dashboards. Not Excel-with-rounded-corners. Working Notion and Excel tools for continuous improvement projects, multi-site rollouts, PMO governance, and warehouse capacity planning — built by someone who has actually run them in real operations and transformation programmes.
Built by John Marston: Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, project management practitioner, 20 years across UK manufacturing, supply chain, and depot operations.
Each template is built around how the discipline actually works in the field, not how a template designer guessed it works. If you're a CI project lead, a programme manager, a PMO, or an ops manager looking for a tool that respects your time and your buyer's intelligence — these are for you.
The frustration that started this shop: every template marketplace had pretty productivity dashboards and personal habit trackers. None had the working tools an operations manager actually needs — DMAIC done properly, RAID with a steerco pack that builds itself, rollout tracking with proper wave gates and lessons baked in.
So I built them. One per fortnight. Each one based on a project I've actually run, with a worked example showing what the data flow looks like in practice.
