Safety measures during pandemic.

Being a mom and everything to my family, I know how much it means to be safe during these tough times.
I take each of my work with almost care to hygiene starting from creating it and untill I handover your package at the post office.

Will tracking details be provided for my purchased items?

Yes. Since your purchases are sent via registered mail, I'll be sharing tracking number and other details once they are shipped. Someone must be present to sign and receive the package at the shipping address provided.

What if the customer could not collect the package and is returned back to the seller?

In case of a package return, buyer should pay the shipping cost to resend the package.
