If you purchased a digital download pattern, the file will always be available to you in your Etsy account in your orders/file downloads.
If your file was a customized pattern I emailed to you, you can contact me for a duplicate file. Send me a message with your order number and pattern name, and I will resend your PDF pattern to the e-mail associated with the invoice.
