We're delighted you very much like the new mug! Interestingly, the NYC subways used to broadcast the same message. Perhaps Londoners and New Yorkers now know to mind the gap, and that's why they no longer do this. Thank you so much for the feedback. 🇬🇧

5 na 5 gwiazdekExcellent customer service due to receiving the wrong item. Response from David: Margaret, Again, I'm so sorry for this mix-up. My distributor clearly sent the wrong cup. They're still looking into it, but I can't wait for them, so here's what I've done: Fully refunded your purchase. Put in a new, replacement order for the Keep Calm mug. I'm very much hoping the error was a fluke, and you get the correct mug this time, and I hope you know a dog mom to give the erroneous mug. So, basically both mugs are on us, with no cost to you.
