5 out of 5 starsAbsolutely love this mug! The quality exceeded my expectations. The ceramic feels sturdy, the print is crisp, and the design is even more beautiful in person. It has such a clean, elegant look and is exactly what I was hoping for. It also arrived right on time and was carefully packaged. On top of that, the customer service was outstanding. Nicolas was incredibly kind, responsive, and made the entire experience smooth from start to finish. It’s clear that a lot of care goes into both the product and the customer experience. Can I change my address after placing an order?
Address changes can be made up to two hours after placing the order.
Do you accept exchanges or returns?
Due to the nature of the product being made to order, we can only accept returns or exchanges if your item arrives poorly printed, damaged, defective or is not the size you ordered, i.e. it was mislabeled. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so we can evaluate the problem and correct it. It is not possible to exchange an item for a different size or color. If you are not sure which size would fit you best, check our size charts: we have one for each item listed in the product images. if possible compare with your favorite shirt from armpit to armpit and top to bottom and compare it.
How long will it take for my product to arrive?
It takes between 2 and 5 days to produce and ship the products. Then you must add the shipping times (5-7 business days) in addition to that, which is the average time for it to reach your hands.
