Are your paintings hand-painted?
Absolutely! Please rest assured. We create 100% hand-painted oil paintings. Every brushstroke, from the initial sketch to the final color layers, is done entirely by me and my fellow artists. When you receive the piece, you'll be able to see the brushwork and the texture of the paint, qualities that machines simply cannot replicate.
If you're still concerned, just let us know before we start painting, and we'll be happy to document the process for you!
Can you change the background or combine multiple photos into one painting?
Absolutely! Send me your photos — I can change the background or combine people and elements from multiple images into one painting. I’ll create a realistic mock-up in Photoshop for your approval first, then start painting based on that.
Do your paintings come with frames?
For more options, by default, they are not!
You can add frames or choose canvas or stretched canvas in the store.
About production time?
Completion time depends on many factors (including communication, the size and complexity of the artwork, and the required drying time). Normally, it's 1-4 weeks. If you have a specific time request, please contact me on Etsy! This is very important! Once the painting is completely dry, we will carefully package it and deliver it on time.
Can I request modifications to my custom painting?
Absolutely! To ensure the painting meets your vision, I usually send reference images for reference and modification before the actual painting. Once the painting is complete, we'll take photos of the finished work to ensure every detail matches your vision, allowing you to make minor adjustments.
Can you sign your painting?
Absolutely! Just mention if you'd like your work to be signed—we're happy to add this special touch.
