Can you add a note inside?

Yes! I’d love to include a special note in your order! Just pop your desired message (handwritten or printed) in the Note to Seller field at checkout at no extra charge. Heads-up: this may add an extra day to shipping. If I’m sending it directly to your recipient, please double-check that their address is in the shipping details. Let’s make it extra thoughtful!

How long does shipping take?

Orders are packed with care and sent out within 1-2 business days. For US folks, USPS typically delivers in 2-5 business days, depending on your location and the shipping option you pick at checkout. Want it faster? Go for Priority Mail! Or, if FedEx is your thing, just select that at checkout. Can’t wait for you to get your goodies!

I checked tracking on my order and the status hasn't changed. What's going on?

No worries! USPS tracking can take up to 24 hours to update. For the latest info, try checking directly on usps.com by entering your tracking number in their search box. It’s often more current than Etsy’s updates. Occasionally, USPS skips a scan, but your package is still on its way. Once it’s marked "out for delivery," it should arrive within 1 business day (weekends and holidays don’t count). If it’s still missing after that, just reach out, and I’ll help sort it out!

COUPON CODES: I have items in my cart but the discount isn't being applied.

You have to enter the coupon code into the COUPON CODE FIELD at cart/checkout in order for the discount to be applied. Etsy does not automatically apply discounts.

I need a card by a certain date. Will it get here in time?

I'm currently shipping out orders received today within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping can take USPS 2-5 business days to deliver to you. Choose Priority Mail shipping at checkout for delivery in 1-3 business days. For better shipping estimates, go to https://m.usps.com/m/PricesCalculate and enter your Ship To zip code. My Ship From zip code is 91354. Enter "Package" for shipping type and "3 oz" for weight. It should tell you the Priority Mail delivery date. Just holler if you need help with this.

Do you ship internationally?

I'm currently shipping to select countries by request due to parcels getting lost in the mail.

Do you do custom cards?

Unfortunately I’m unable to create custom cards at this time. Try searching “Custom Greeting Card” on Etsy and you’ll find many Etsy sellers who can do this for you :)

If ordering 1-3 cards, they will be shipped via the least expensive way by Etsy by default, which is Pitney Bowes via USPS mail. Check tracking at https://parcelsapp.com/en/carriers/pitney-bowes . Upgraded shipping is available at checkout (shown after you add payment info). USPS is fickle, but typically takes 3-5 business days. I ship from CA. From my experience with USPS, expect delivery to be on the later side of delivery window if you are not on the west coast. If ordering 4+ cards, USPS tracking will be included and your order will be shipped in a bubble mailer with protective chipboard.

I checked tracking on USPS and it's not showing up. Help!

Use this listing for me to ship one of my cards directly to your recipient instead of me shipping the card to you. I'll handwrite your message inside, address the envelope to your recipient, and ship with first class tracking.

I used to ship this card with a stamp and no tracking. However, Etsy penalizes me for not having tracking. Your card will still be inserted in a decorative envelope of your choice.

Artsy envelopes are available. Otherwise a plain envelope will be used. Scroll through images to view the envelope choices.

How To Order:

In the personalization field, enter this info:

1) Card of your choice to mail
2) Envelope of your choice (Plain, A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H or I)
3) Message for me to write inside, including if I'm signing your name. For longer messages, I copy/paste it using my font (Marichiel Hand) and then print it inside.
4) Your name/nickname for the return address.

Remember to enter your recipients name/address (NOT YOURS) in the "Ship To" fields at checkout.

I cannot even begin to describe how happy I was that the seller was not offended in allowing my personal message inside the card to include profanity. It was shipped directly to the recipient and the following day after placing my order!! It was the perfect sympathy card for the loss of his wife. We game on FB and punching is a huge part of the game. The card was absolutely fitting and the shop owner allowing me to be myself with the personalization of how the person knows I am was outstanding. I will definitely be back again. Thank you so much for putting a slight smile on his face when he opened the card. I wanted to lighten his grief a little bit and this card and was written 100000% did it :)
