Materials: merino wool, mulberry silk, tussah silk, Cactus silk, linen, silk chiffon fabric, recycled sari silk, wool yarn, water, soap, hard work, canvas, embroidery thread

This textile piece has been designed and hand felted by me. I based this design on colours that really 'pop' when put together. I enjoyed using colour here and really tried to use contrast to make this striking piece. I have added a mix of different fibres including silks; tussah, mulberry, cactus, recycled sari silk thread, hand dyed silk hankies, torn pieces of silk chiffon and linen and also thick slubs of wool. The background is predominately made up of hand dyed merino wool top.

The piece is mounted on a calico covered canvas measuring 54 x 78cm. Easy to hang and light weight.

Piece can be posted, picked up or courier arranged at buyers expense.

Lightly vacuum surface
