Really disappointing to not get the costume in time for Halloween!! We were so excited to get these for my twins - but they came days after Halloween (despite ordering a month prior).

This was an unfortunate situation and I'm sorry it happened! The customer ordered 4 costumes. The shipment was delayed by the USPS and arrived after Halloween. As per my Halloween Costume Guarantee (outlined on my policy page), the customer was offered a refund if she wanted to return the costumes. Since my costumes are forgiving in size, she decided to keep 2 of the costumes and return the other 2 for a refund. She offers good advice in her reviews to always consider having a backup plan, since I ultimately can't control whether or not the USPS delivers on time. If an order is delayed, the best I can do is to offer a refund, just like any other company that sells online and ships items to their customers.

My daughter loved it, got so many compliments on it from people at boysenberry fest. Told them where to buy it. A must buy!

The product is perfect, I bought this tiny graduation hat for my daughter to wear on my graduation day. It fit her perfectly and was very soft and easy to put on and it stayed in place really well. I had some issues originally with the shipment when I first ordered but it was resolved as soon as I reached out to the seller. She was very helpful and quickly sent a replacement and I got my product on time.
