SIZING ADVICE
The Melody heels are a comfortable fit for a narrow or a regular width foot. Keep in mind this design has an almond shape sole so if you have a wide/broad foot you will need to either consider sizing up or an alternative style such as our Bloom Mules: https://foreversoles.com/products/bloom-mules or Platforms: https://foreversoles.com/products/bloom-platform.
We recommend wearing the shoe around prior to your special occasion to help soften the leather.

On the odd occasion when fit is amiss, we will exchange or refund without question.

CARE
Our shoes should be sprayed with water proofer / stain resistant before wearing. To clean, use a soft brush or slightly damp cloth to spot clean and loosen the marks of dirt.

DELIVERY AND SHIPPING
We fulfil within 1-2 business days but we must have your phone number to do this! All international orders are sent with the fastest and most reliable DHL express service and takes 3-7 business days.

RETURNS
We offer a 14-Day return policy. If 14 days have gone by since your item has been delivered, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Please get in touch for return authorisation.
