Choices of font are cursive or print font.

Please message us if you would like font in a different colour (black or white are options to select from) - examples in pictures Mila is in silver and Cat is in gold.

Select items (keychains and lanyards) can also include personalised name tags - just select the additional item “name tag” and add it to your order - ensure you choose the discounted option if purchasing with one of our keychains/lanyards.

Silicone and beechwood beads can be wiped down on the go with a baby wipe or hand washed in warm soapy water.

These items are also safe to use swimming and exercising, are durable, however extended long term use may see wear and tear effects on satin cord and clasp.

Vinyl is “permanently” attached to acrylic, however is subject to wear and tear of the user.

Acrylic is durable, however is subject to surface scratches over time. Often a wipe down of the acrylic with isopropyl remove any marks from pens or fingerprints etc.

We offer wholesale prices - discounts apply depending on your order quantity. Please message us with your enquiry and we can establish a custom order for your bulk orders.

Bulk orders are 5 or more of the same item - we would generally need 5-10 days processing time depending on personalisation requirements.

All orders require payment before we start making.

It is the buyers responsibility to check names are correctly spelt before submitting a personalised order. We will always check and send photos of personalisation for final approval which require a response- if no response within 48hrs MilaBeadsAU will assume order is good to go 💜

Each item is hand made, length of strings for lanyards and necklaces may vary a few cm. We do our best to be consistent, but the number of knots or size of beads may cause the final length to vary slightly.

All acrylic tags sizes are stated and vinyl decals/names are maximised to the size of the tag whilst still remaining aesthetically pleasing.
