I welcome custom and personalized orders, there is no extra charges when there are only small changes made to existing designs. Should there be more detailed changes there may be an extra charge.

All wholesale requests are accepted. processing time is negotiated individually, due to the labor intensity of my work.

Please take into account that my items are handmade and therefore can vary slightly from the photos* Every effort is made to make them identical but sometimes it is not always possible e.g patterned fabrics.
Colors you see on your monitor are not always the same as the real item. It depends on your monitor.

All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
International customers are responsible for any fees, taxes and duties associated with shipping and purchasing to their respective countries.

If something is wrong with your order, please let me know and everything possible will be done to correct the problem.

~ I don't accept returns and refunds on custom orders!
~ No refunds/returns are offered on personalised items, however any errors caused by myself will be rectified by either a refund or replacement.

If you bought an item with free shipping of $ 35+, you will be refunded the amount minus the shipping amount at the rates of the postal carrier, as well as minus the non-refundable Etsy commission.

Returns and replacements are at the buyer's expense.

All buyers have the option to cancel an order within 24 hours of purchase. However if the order is in production or ready to ship the cancellation request will be declined.

Shipping dates are mostly upheld but at busy times there can be a slight delay of a few days as all items are made to order. Notification will be send when this occurs. Please keep this in mind when ordering.
