All our petals are carefully picked and dried. No artificial colours, dyes, preservatives or bleaching agents used.  

The petal and dried flowers are air dried naturally - colours may vary slightly as they can change each season.

We grow our own flowers using sustainable sources.

We cannot cancel or refund the order once it has been printed unless there is an error.

Signature font is used for
name/s, for an amendment please contact us on ordering.

You will receive the confetti packets in re sealable bags to ensure that the confetti stays fresh.

Keep the confetti away from light, keep it cool and away from moisture.

********We do recommend you order 12 weeks prior to the event, not to early to ensure the petals are fresh and vibrant. These are dried petals and last for a few months BUT some of the colour can start to fade.

Contact us if you have an event which is more than 12 weeks away and we can set up a custom order.*********

All orders are send by the dispatch date unless specified by the customer.

If you have any botanical allergies please do contact us prior to ordering.

Orders are sent on tracked service, we cannot refund orders which have not been collected due to failed delivery/returned to us. Tracking is on the order so you can track the package and arrange delivery/collection through your local Royal Mail depot.

Additional postage costs may apply for larger orders.

Store the confetti in a cool, dark, moisture free place to keep it crisp and vibrant.

Petal colour may change/fade over time as this is a natural product.

Colour shades may vary depending on season.
