I am very happy with this purchase. It did take longer to arrive than what was estimated, and the tracking information was delayed while in transit, but that is not the seller's fault - just something to note if you have time sensitivity. In my opinion, this necklace is well worth the wait. The packaging and personal touches made it easy to be excited and confident in transferring the remains of my dog to the urn. It is beautiful and I wear it day and night. I am recommending this product to my friend.
