This is a sturdy, long lasting tricorne. Faux leather with an impressive look and feel.

A hard wearing, durable allrounder that will weather and will continue to distress.
It has metal studs to allow for variation. The feather set is securely attached stitch by stitch to the crown and the side of the tricorne.

Material
This is a man made, hard wearing suede/leather effect. Very close look to natural leather.
It is tough, flexible waterproof and has an outside texture similar to leather and worn suede.
This tricorne will retain its shape after contact with water or heavy-handed treatment.
Feathers are foraged from the sea shores of Devon. 100% natural and washed up onto the shore by winds and waves.

Hat Spacers and Bandannas can be used to secure the fit to yer skull and add to the piratical look.

THE FEATHERS
The feather set is hand made with genuine feathers recycled from sea shores and countryside of the English West Country. They include moulted feathers of sea and land birds, specifically chosen for the authenticity and unique qualities. All of the feathers used this rural tricorne have grown and flown on wild birds.
Most of the sea bird feathers have been at sea for some time. They can include:
Sea Gulls - Herring and Black Headed, Cormorant, Oyster Catcher, Goose, Mallard, Shell Duck, Crow, Rook, Magpie, Pheasant and Wood Pigeon.
All are washed and sun sun dried. Individually fashioned and checked for quality.
